Sam specialises in behaviour and training and assisting dogs exhibiting emotional behaviours such as excessive jumping, overenthusiastic greetings, aggression, barking, reactivity and inappropriate urination, among others, these behaviours often stem from anxiety. Sam is committed to addressing each dog's unique case with the utmost care, considering both the pet and owner’s needs.
Sam also works with Succeeding Together – a dedicated team of dog professionals who take a holistic approach to exploring all angles of your dog's behaviour. As part of every package comes a FREE membership to Succeeding Together for the length of your behaviour package.
Sam will be your primary behaviourist and trainer throughout the process, though, in cases where additional professional assistance is required such as a physiotherapist or groomer, Sam will make this clear, any associated costs with these additional services will be extra and transparently communicated. This approach ensures a comprehensive understanding and resolution to your dog's behavioural issues without hidden fees or surprises.

**We cannot accept insurance directly. We recognise that insurance plans may have unique reimbursement criteria that may not align with our training structure. Our approach, focusing on crucial early assessment and implementation, differs from conventional per-session insurance coverage. We encourage clients to understand their insurance policies and discuss eligibility for our packages with their providers. Our method prioritises effective, long-term behavioural modification, contrasting with standard veterinary care where treatment is administered in each session. In our training, the initial sessions are key, with additional sessions designed to guide owners in implementing behaviour modification plans for their dogs. Clients are responsible for fully utilising these sessions according to their needs. To insurers, we emphasise the importance of upfront payment in allocating the necessary time and resources to fully implement the plan established in the first two sessions. We suggest that insurers consider payment after the completion of these initial sessions, aligning with many terms and conditions that stipulate payment post-treatment. This approach closely aligns with the terms and conditions of most insurance underwriters, ensuring a fair and effective payment structure for both parties.
